Small batches of expertly crafted snacks developed for function, flavor, and health, using ingredients that you have probably had in your household a time or two before. We source ingredients from suppliers who believe in transparency of the supply chain and strive for sustainable operations. We are an all-natural manufacturer with direct involvement in every aspect of our production process.

Oatmeal, Reinvented

Confused yet? Strikingly similar to both yogurt and oatmeal, and yet, so different. We have spent the last three years working away in our test kitchen turning our Founders favorite breakfast into something we could share with the world. Staying true to the original recipe hasn't been an easy task, but one we are delighted to say we've achieved. That's why we don't add colors to our products. And it's why you'll never find 'sugar' in our ingredient list. We are firm believers the 'eat less more often' methodology, and we're confident that our products support that lifestyle.

What separates us from the pack?

  • None of yogurt's tang
  • Less than 5g of sugar per serving
  • Only oat & dairy combo of its kind
  • Fiber, fiber, fiber
  • Fluffy or creamery - you decide

The Flavors

Apple Cinnamon

Inspired by breakfast and those old fashioned bowls of oatmeal. Our a Apple Cinnamon flavor will bring you back to those chilly wintry mornings when a nice hot bowl of oats was the only inspiration for crawling out of bed. A perfect balance of sweet and spice with hints of apple pie.

Three Berry

Berries have always been a great addition to a bowl of oatmeal or a cup of yogurt. Our take on a mixed berry incorporates the tartness of the blackberry, the sweetness of the raspberry, and the tanginess of the blueberry. It's the perfect flavor for a mid-morning pick-me-up.

Product FAQ's

  • Are your products Gluten-Free?

No. Yoatz® is made with oats, and while oats do not technically contain gluten, they are sometimes processed in facilities that process ingredients that do. Yoatz® currently contains between 20-40 ppm of gluten which is equivalent to about .002% - .004% of gluten. Products that are labeled "gluten-free" usually contain between 10-20 ppm of gluten.

  • Are your products certified GMO-free?

Most of the raw ingredients that go into Yoatz® are certified GMO-free. Our milk products, however, are not. This doesn't mean the milk has been genetically modified, but it means the food that is used to feed the cows that make the milk used in Yoatz® isn't certified GMO-free which prevents the milk produced from those cows from being certified. Our intent is to have all Yoatz® products certified as GMO-free within two years.

  • Why are there more than 100 calories?

There are a lot of products these days with the "only 100 calories" statement. 100 calories of a high-glycemic carbohydrate is different than 100 calories of a low-glycemic carbohydrate. Next time you're looking at calories, in addition to looking at how many, find out from where they're coming from.

  • Why is there fat?

Facci Food Co. currently does not have a fat-free option. Our Pineapple Coconut flavor has the highest level of fat and saturated fat because of the added coconut. Coconut has a very high level of medium-chain fatty acids, which enter and digest in the liver much faster, producing energy rather than stored fat. They behave differently than long-chain fatty acids which are typically what health professionals refer to when discussing the negative effects of saturated fats.

Ingredient FAQ's

  • Do your milk products contain rBST?

No! The milk products used in the production of Yoatz® never contain added growth hormones!*

*Made with milk from cows not treated with the growth hormone rBST. No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from rBST-treated and non-rBST treated cows.

  • What is Rebaudioside A?

Rather then answering this one ourselves, we felt it would be best to let our supplier, Pyure Brands tell you about it. Here's how they explain stevia:

Stevia is a species of herbs and shrubs in the sunflower family. It’s origins trace back to subtropical and tropical regions from western North America to South America. Stevia Rebaudiana, the sweetest stevia species, has been harvested for centuries for its sugar-like taste. In the early 1970′s, Japan began cultivating stevia in an effort to reduce consumption of cyclamate and saccharin, known carcinogens. Stevia received approval as a food additive in the United States and Europe in 2008 and 2011, respectively.

Through a process that is similar to steeping tea leaves, we can extract steviol glycosides, most notably a glycoside called Rebaudioside A, or Reb A. Amazingly, Reb A is up to 350 times sweeter than sugar! These glycosides are heat-stable, pH stable, calorie free, and do not induce a glycemic response when ingested, which makes stevia the all-natural choice for diabetics and those looking for natural sweetening solutions.

  • What is Erythritol?

Erythritol is a sugar alcohol like its cousins malitol, sorbitol, and xylitol, just without the nasty side-effects that the other polyol's have been known to cause. It is naturally a zero calorie food and maintains 60% of the sweetness as regular table sugar. Not bad if you're looking for an all natural, non-caloric sweetener.

Compared to artificial sweeteners, which are synthetically man made chemicals, Erythritol can be found in fruits, vegetables, and other organic compounds, and requires only a natural process for extraction.

If you'd like to found out more about Erythritol and its properties, please navigate to Wikipedia and type in "Erythritol".

  • What is Vitamin A Palmitate?

The FDA has legal definitions, or standards of identity, for foods like low fat milk that manufacturers must comply with if they want to sell a legal product. When low fat milk is made low fat, much of the naturally occurring Vitamin A is skimmed away with the milk fat. Since the amount of Vitamin A in milk is regulated, and because much of it is lost in the production of low fat and skim milk, it must be replaced.
